I’m a lifelong journal writer, writing on something from walls to computers since I could hold a crayon (orange crayon, white wall to be precise). I have time and energy than is healthy, working with/on/in journals, doing, reading and researching. All this really needed to go somewhere, and thus, a Teachable class.
I hold an MA in Creative Writing and a BA in English and a professional certificate from SSU specifically for Social Media. Plus I teach. Plus I talk all the time.
I discovered that my greatest joy is coaching and teaching. I live for those moments of insights, a student's ah ha. Like when one wrote to her long passed father asking for help to find some important family documents. She wrote it all out on Tuesday. Wednesday morning she woke with the answer. Crazy, but it happens all the time.
